Orders within Colombia are processed and shipped the next business day after payment is confirmed. For international orders, shipping time may vary depending on the destination country, but generally, delivery times range from 5 to 15 business days.

Tracking

Returns

Returns or replacements will only be accepted when the product has a manufacturing defect unless it has been labeled as ‘Blem’ with its respective discount.

Warranty

All our products are guaranteed for 2 months from the date of purchase. In case the product does not meet expectations or suffers a defect during this period, we will manage the return or exchange in conjunction with the manufacturers of the corresponding brand.
